Joining us in October 2024 with over 20 years of experience in healthcare operations and strategy, Trent is a seasoned leader known for his collaborative approach with physicians and management teams. In previous roles he was a key contributor to the growth of the nation’s largest independent surgery center provider, expanding from 90 to over 250 locations; and, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations for 77 Ambulatory Surgery Centers across 13 states, managing a large operations team and partnering with approximately 1,000 physicians.
Trent is passionate about building high-performing teams that are engaged and empowered. He focuses on eliminating obstacles for physicians to enhance their satisfaction and improve patient care. His leadership is characterized by integrity, authenticity, and a commitment to fostering creativity and consistency for superior results.
A native Texan, Trent earned an undergraduate degree in psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX. He and his wife, April, have two teenage daughters, Mckinley and Reagan. He and his family enjoy spending time at the lake and the beach, snow skiing, competing in various sports, and cheering on their favorite teams.
